“Dairy-free” cake
今日我試做“Dairy-free” cake,即無任何奶類製品(如牛奶、芝士、牛油、cream)加入。我用橄欖油代替牛油。怕橄欖油味的人可用沙律油或菜油代替,牛奶敏感的人亦可以品嚐。
